Weight for it Wednesday

Weight for it Wednesday is a 26-week series that I have dedicated to losing weight and growing my blog. So why the name, Weight for it Wednesday? Two reasons. One, I have to focus on my goal of weight loss every day. So it is definitely on the forefront of my mind. But more than that, I want people to realize that no matter what their goals in life that ALL GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME… and for that, we have to WEIGHT FOR IT!!
